G-TALK Privacy Policy

1. Overview

G-TALK is a members-only communication and transaction-account application provided by Genius at genius-inv.com/gtalk (including the Android application). We respect your privacy and collect only the data necessary to provide the service.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: the email, display name and company you registered on the Genius Investment Group HK Limited website.
• Encrypted messages: messages between members are end-to-end encrypted on your device; our servers store only ciphertext that we cannot read.
• Transaction ledger: internal transfer records, deposit verification data (TxID) and withdrawal requests (amount, fee, target wallet address).
• Technical data: last-seen heartbeat timestamps used to show online status.
• Key material: your private key never leaves your device. We store only your public key.

3. What we never do

• We never hold custody of member funds or private keys. The platform only keeps an internal ledger; deposits and withdrawals are settled in crypto to/from member-owned wallet addresses and are subject to verification.
• We never sell your personal data.
• We do not read the content of your end-to-end encrypted messages.

4. Fees

Member-to-member internal transfers are free. Withdrawals from the G-TALK transaction account to a member's own e-wallet incur a 2.5% platform service fee, disclosed before confirmation.

5. Data retention & deletion

Account and ledger records are retained while your membership is active, as required for audit and compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; ciphertext of your messages will be removed and cannot be recovered.
